Responsibilities:
Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Inventory, Shipping Clerk with some Assembly Technician skills to support warehouse operations while providing hands-on assembly assistance for new and existing equipment. This role is primarily focused on inventory management, material movement, and shipping execution (approximately 70%), with the remaining 30% dedicated to assembly, testing, and technical support activities related to product launches and R&D initiatives.
Inventory & Shipping Operations (≈70%)
- Pick, stage, and ship production and customer orders accurately according to work order requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and handcarts.
- Execute and record warehouse transactions using RF/barcode scanners and Oracle EBS.
- Expedite shipments to meet customer and production deadlines.
- Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and assist with reconciliation efforts.
- Monitor product condition and quality, reporting safety or quality concerns.
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and assist with process enhancements.
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Assembly & Technical Support (≈30%)
- Assist with assembly, disassembly, and testing of equipment and components.
- Support first-article builds, prototypes, and production readiness activities.
- Follow and provide feedback on assembly documentation and best practices.
- Use hand tools for basic mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
- Read and apply technical drawings and manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or shipping operations.
- Experience operating lift equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- This is an onsite role with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
- Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
- The position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle EBS or other WMS platforms.
- Shipping coordinator or inventory control experience.
- Manufacturing or mechanical assembly background.
- Forklift or MHE certification.
- Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement concepts.

Salary Range: $17.84 to $31.83
