Job Description (General Summary)

In this role you will be responsible for packaging and shipping of outgoing goods and related affairs at the Intralox China MPB Support team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily packaging of MPB & Thermodrive finished goods,use Oracle/Kewill for recording packing data.

• Complete shipping documents and labels every afternoon, loading & unloading cargos.

• Work with logistics coordinators and 3PLs for any internal and external shipping requests.

• Work with MPB assemblers for coordinating packaging schedule and ensure the efficiency.

• Support accessories picking issue and packaging.

• Support logistics coordinating after-hours and emergency.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse/shipping.

• In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in packaging/shipping/ loading/unloading cargos.

• Forklift license is required.

• Ability to read and understand English emails and shipping documents.

• Ability to use Outlook and MS Office applications (excel, word, etc)

• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, excellent communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

工作职责：

1. 负责传送带的日常包装工作，并在Oracle/Kewill系统完成录入。

 

2. 每日下午完成货运单据与标签制作，执行货物装卸作业。

 

3. 对接物流专员及第三方物流服务商，处理各类内外货运需求。

 

4. 配合组装人员协调包装排期，保障作业的连贯性和效率。

 

5. 协助配件拣配及包装相关工作。

 

6. 配合完成物流相关加班及应急任务。

 

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，具备2年及以上仓库、货运相关工作经验

 

2. 掌握包装、货运、货物装卸实操流程与技能

 

3. 持有叉车证

 

4. 能够阅读英文邮件及货运单据

 

5. 熟练使用办公软件（邮箱，Excel、Word等）

6. 有一定体力要求

 

6. 具备责任心与安全意识，具备良好的沟通协调能力及应急能力
