Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox has an opening for a Project Manager to work on Intralox's Conditioning Platform. This position involves providing controls and mechanical consulting support for various technologies operating across multiple industries. A high degree of self-management, creativity, and initiative is expected in day-to-day work.

The position will be based out of our Hoofddorp location.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What Will You Do?

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive efficiency by analyzing tools, processes, and resource allocation, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication across internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Coordinate audits, installations, and scheduling of personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Approve project plans, including scope of work, BOM, timelines, and final documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
  • Optimize documentation processes for bids, proposals, pricing, purchase orders, and final deliverables.
  • Champion OSG packages and project support during industry meetings and client interactions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and act as a change agent for new ideas and best practices.
  • Provide accurate project P&L reports and coordinate resources across departments.

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in product implementation and/or manufacturing.
  • Experience with industrial or manufacturing equipment and ability to understand equipment specifications and operational requirements.
  • Technically minded, with the ability to grasp and communicate different technical concepts.
  • Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or equivalent tools.
  • Self-managed with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong project and time management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task creatively and strategically with a proven track record of proactivity and problem-solving.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Experience working in a high-demand, customer service-based environment.
  • Willingness to provide phone support for projects after hours, weekends, or holidays as required by customer or project schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • PMP certification or formal Project Management training preferred.
