Job Description (General Summary)


Are you organized, proactive, and energized by coordinating complex activities across teams? At Intralox, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (EMEA / AUS) to join our Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS) team and play a key role in driving efficient training delivery and project coordination across regions. This role combines coordination, project support, and process improvement in a fast-growing, international environment.

Why this role matters

Our CFS team operates globally, supporting training programs and customer-focused initiatives. Due to increasing demand and time zone challenges, the team needs a dedicated coordinator to ensure activities run smoothly, communication flows efficiently, and nothing falls through the cracks. 

As a Project Coordinator, you will become the central point of coordination across multiple regions, supporting a growing number of training sessions and projects. This role allows the broader team to focus on customers while you ensure flawless execution behind the scenes. You’ll also help professionalize ways of working and contribute to improving processes, systems, and automation.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you’ll do
  • Coordinate end-to-end training activities → ensure sessions are well-organized, communicated, and executed on time
  • Prepare proposals and contracts → ensure accurate preparation, tracking, and timely delivery of documentation
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics → align global stakeholders across time zones and streamline communication
  • Track activities in CRM and systems → maintain data accuracy and visibility for the team
  • Support travel arrangements, visa applications, events, and logistics → enable smooth execution of global initiatives
  • Act as a central point of contact → improve communication flow and administrative efficiency across teams

What you bring
  • Experience with project coordination, administration, or business support
  • Willing to travel internationally on occasions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
  • Fluency in English
  • A proactive, self-managing mindset with the ability to take ownership
Nice-to-haves
  • Exposure to the food industry or training environments
  • Experience supporting events or coordinating international activities
  • Additional European language skills
  • Interest in AI and process automation

Location and Scope

This role is based out of our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp 
You will support EMEA and Australia teams, collaborating globally
