Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Facilitating Business Requirements
• Partner closely with Finance, Tax and MFG leaders, Business Relationship Managers, and Solution Architects to understand Finance strategies, business priorities, and roadmap.
• Lead business discovery and requirements sessions across Projects & Tax domains.
• Support Oracle Finance (especially in Projects, Tax areas) initiatives, shaping business ideas into sequenced, executable demand.
• Translate business vision into clear requirements, user stories, and outcome based action plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business/IT stakeholders by framing options, impacts, risks, and tradeoffs in business friendly language.
Business Process & Solution Design
• Own translation of business requirements into to be business processes and functional designs
• Ensure solutions align with Oracle Projects/Tax/Finance modules standard capabilities and design patterns, minimizing customization.
• Design solutions that improve compliance, usability, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate design reviews and solution walkthroughs with Finance and other stakeholders, Solution Architects, and delivery teams.
• Maintain traceability between business intent, configuration decisions, and delivered functionality.
Configuration & Delivery Support
• Perform setup and configuration to support approved business processes and requirements.
• Produce and maintain functional artifacts including configuration documents, process flows, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assess Oracle quarterly releases and new features for business impact and adoption opportunities.
• Create test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and validate results across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
• Support cutover, go live, and post deployment stabilization with Finance & Tax users.
Communication, Enablement & Adoption
• Act as a communication broker between Finance/Tax/MFG and DT teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding
• Translate technical concepts, limitations, and issues into business-friendly language
• Enable Finance/Tax teams to better own, operate, and evolve their systems of record.
Continuous Improvement & Enterprise Integration
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and digitize Finance/Tax processes using existing Intralox technology platforms
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and reuse
• Collaborate with ERP, enterprise architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions integrate cleanly into the enterprise ecosystem
• Support transition of solutions into long term support and operational stability.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS Projects (Costing, Billing, Project Manufacturing) and Oracle Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, SLA) as a business analyst.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EB Tax and other 3rd party tax services integrated with Oracle EBS.
• 1+ year of experience working with Oracle Fusion Projects.
• Proven experience leading business requirements, fit gap analysis, and process design.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills with sound judgment.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models, including SaaS release cycles.
Preferred
• Experience partnering with system integrators and SaaS vendors.
• Experience working in Oracle EBS (OTL, SCM), Splash BI and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience working with global teams and diverse user populations.
• Strong appreciation for SaaS best practices, design governance, and release management

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $59,800-$192,600.
