Apply nowIntralox is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Systems Lead to oversee the administration, optimization, and reliability of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This senior-level role leads both onshore and offshore technical teams supporting critical manufacturing and supply chain applications.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, INV, CST, etc.) and a strong track record of guiding distributed teams to deliver secure, high-performing enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
As the Oracle EBS Lead DBA, you will:
- Own the architecture, performance tuning, and reliability of Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Lead and mentor onshore and offshore DBA teams, ensuring 24/7 system stability and support.
- Manage patching, cloning, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align database performance with manufacturing and supply chain needs.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure security, compliance, and high availability across all EBS environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, with deep knowledge of Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, INV, CST).
- 5+ years leading DBA teams supporting enterprise-scale systems.
- Expertise in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and cloning.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and EBS R12.2 preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available).
