Oracle EBS Manufacturing Systems Leader
Apply nowIntralox is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Systems Lead to oversee the administration, optimization, and reliability of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This senior-level role leads both onshore and offshore technical teams supporting critical manufacturing and supply chain applications.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, INV, CST, etc.) and a strong track record of guiding distributed teams to deliver secure, high-performing enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor onshore and offshore DBA and application support teams across multiple time zones.
- Own the architecture, maintenance, and performance tuning of Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing applications.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to translate manufacturing needs into robust EBS solutions.
- Plan and execute EBS patches, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure stability, availability, and security across all EBS environments.
- Drive automation and process improvements to optimize system performance and support.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on ERP roadmap planning and modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or later, with a strong focus on Manufacturing modules.
- 5+ years of experience leading onshore and offshore technical teams supporting enterprise-scale systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle database administration, cloning, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), EBS R12.2, and third-party integrations preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
