Apply nowJob Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing equipment and spare parts management
· Utilize the system to register and manage the equipment and spare parts
· Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, optimize the maintenance intervals, maximize the uptime of equipment
· Create maintenance task lists and standard job instructions
· Execute on-demand troubleshooting to faulty equipment and perform repair work
· Perform housekeeping duties as required, maintaining a clean and orderly work area
· Measure and report results, including PM backlog, response time, production capability, spare part inventory, etc.
2. New manufacturing equipment introduction
· Collaborate closely with global manufacturing engineering team to stay aligned on new equipment implementation plans and deployment strategies
· Knowing the manufacturing process in great detail, matching the local production needs to global new equipment introduction strategy
· Lead the new equipment installation, commissioning and startup activities, document key setup parameters and baseline conditions
· Provide training for operators and relevant personnel, and establish clear work instructions and SOPs to support safe, consistent and efficient equipment operation
· Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities, implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, safety and product quality.
Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in equipment management or equipment introduction preferred.
2. Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong hands-on skills with expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fixture fault analysis and repair.
4. Ability to read and understand English technical documents and communicate verbally with global teams.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Must have low-voltage electrical operation certificate.
岗位职责:
1、对生产设备进行应急维修、周期性维护保养并制定相关计划、实施以及优化,保证所属设备的正常运转,满足生产需求;
2、备件的库存管理和维护,保证生产设备的正常运行;
3、对于设备的安全标准进行学习、导入,持续对设备安全进行优化更新确保设备在生产运行过程中无安全隐患,同时对生产相关部门员工进行安全培训;
4、配合生产/工艺部门优化设备参数、提高产品制程稳定性,保证设备运行稳定和产出质量;
5、负责工厂设备、工装夹具的升级改造,改善客户价值并降低设备维护、备件成本;
6、和全球工艺/设备团队保持沟通,对接设备导入/升级改造项目,直到完成落地验收;
7、设备台账的日常维护和管理;
8、建立设备操作标准流程,对设备操作员进行技能培训和答疑;
任职要求:
1.5年及以上设备管理/设备导入工作经验者优先。
2. 大专及以上学历 机电专业或工程相关领域专业。
3. 具备良好的动手能力,精通机械、电气、气动、工装夹具故障分析/维修能力。
4. 能阅读理解英语技术文件,并和全球团队进行口语交流。
5. 责任心强,良好的沟通协调能力和解决能力。
6. 持有低压电工上岗证。
