Intralox is seeking a proactive and reliable Floor Support Operative to join our dynamic Assembly team at our plant in Kingswinford. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across departments, supporting assembly processes, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage work queues to maintain optimal workflow.
• Collaborate with assembly teams to execute daily production plans, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Foster positive relationships across departments.
• Adapt to support various operational needs across the site.

Requirements

• Hardworking and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable with regular manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Flexibility working in other departments when needed.

Desired Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Proactive thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
