To support the exponential growth of our homogenous belt portfolio in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands with the ability to travel across the EMEA region. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

What will you do?

• Visit Intralox customers at their plant to:
• Provide technical assistance – installation of ThermoDrive belts
• Conduct training on usage of ThermoDrive welding system
• Service and inspect the ThermoDrive welding system
• Build relationships with key contacts at the plant
• Support field troubleshooting of ThermoDrive applications
• Document findings and actions in service visit reports and CRM
• Test new developments and share knowledge with colleagues and external service partners
• Collaborate and align with peers in the technical departments and the commercial team to ensure we are aligned in our service offerings and recommendations – one voice

Who are you? 

• Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
• Practical technical (mechanical) skills. A hands-on problem solver
• Ability to travel (>50%) in EMEA region, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
• Must have ability to lift splicing equipment and climb ladders
• Fluent in English (verbal and writing). German/ French language skills are a plus
• A self-managed individual with a service mindset who is a team player
