Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in conducting visits to customer/end-user sites to gather necessary project information
- Participate in design review meetings to discuss the bill of materials and critical components
- Contribute to the development of project proposals by providing input on scope of work, existing site conditions, recommended installation modifications, manpower needs, and timeline estimates
- Manage or assist with project installations as the Intralox on site representative, including project scheduling, contractor/vendor training and supervision, inventory management, and safety oversight
- Perform system testing in accordance with Intralox quality standards to achieve customer acceptance
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including issue tracking, scope changes, and final approvals
- Prepare customer facing deliverables, such as visit reports and other project documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in technical field of study (engineering, mechanical, construction, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 4 years of on-site project management experience
- High level of mechanical aptitude and ability to articulate mechanical concepts
- Demonstrated organizational & problem-solving skills related to project installation management
- Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures, long work hours and adverse conditions
- Experience in the use of hand & measuring tools
- Ability to move around facilities and access jobsite equipment locations
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
- Proven ability to read CAD drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, well beyond 8hr workday in non-climate controlled environments
- Lift materials in excess of 50lbs
- Ability to travel up to 60%, providing onsite support during weekends & holidays; as required by customer and/or project schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Integrated conveyor systems experience
- Experience in welding equipment and hot work processes
