Executive Operations Coordinator

- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage priorities
- Attend Engineering Leadership Team meetings
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials
- Capture key decisions and action items
- Drive follow-up and support leaders in achieving their commitments
- Support business plan tracking and updates
- Assist engineering managers with presentation materials and slide preparation
- Help organize departmental events and offsites
- Prepare and run timecard checks and reporting
- Purchase department supplies and manage miscellaneous operational needs
- Anticipate executive and team needs without direction
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Take ownership of projects within engineering operations
- Contribute to business planning processes
- Is highly driven and intellectually curious
- Wants exposure to executive leadership and engineering operations
- Thinks ahead and anticipates needs
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Is comfortable holding others accountable for follow-up
- Communicates clearly and confidently

- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum of 5 years administrative or operational support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups at all organizational levels

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $40,200 to $84,500
