Job Description (General Summary)

In this role you will be responsible for equipment testing and quality check after assembly at Intralox DPE equipment assembly plant. 

此职位负责设备测试及 质量检测工作。

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Job responsibility/工作描述：

1. Equipment testing and fine tuning after assembly to meet equipment functionality. 

    设备装配后的试运转、调试，以满足功能要求；

2. Quality check of the equipment to guarantee that all our products meet quality specifications.

    对设备进行质量检查，以保证产品符合质量要求；

3. Preassembly and main assembly of equipment.

    设备预装及总装；

4. Read engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of parts/products and services.

    能够阅读工程图纸、计划及规范，以便了解零件、产品和服务的要求；

5. Modification to the fault parts.

    对有问题的零配件的修改；

6. Maintenance to the production equipment, tools, 5S of production area.

    生产区域设备、工具、5S的日常维护保养；

7. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and equipment performance records.

    通过详细报告及设备性能记录，做好检查结果的归档；

8. Exhibit teamwork and self-management.

    展现出团队合作精神及自我管理能力；

9. Follow all safety procedures and policies. 

    遵守安全程序及政策。

 

Requirements/岗位要求：

1. Technical school, or high school, or above.

    技校或高中或以上文凭；

2. Three years, or more, skills and experiences with equipment testing and quality check. 

    三年或以上机械设备测试及质量检测经验；

3. The electrician certificate and PLC knowledge is a plus. 

    具有电工证和了解PLC是加分项；

4. Workable Oral English is a plus.

    基本的英语口语技能是加分项；

5. Be familiar with the computer to check Autodesk 2D,3D equipment drawing. 

    熟练使用电脑查看Autodesk 2D、3D图纸；

6. Team player, self-management, proactive;

    具有团队合作精神，具有自我管理能力，工作积极、主动；

7. Be patient, eye for details and responsible.

    工作认真细致，耐心负责。
