The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Operational Representative to join our EMEA team in Hoofddorp.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, international environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status and inquiries
  • Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, production, commercial teams) to meet customer requirements
  • Support colleagues and provide backup within the team as needed
  • Identify and resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance

  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B customer service or order management
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Good technical affinity and willingness to learn new systems and products
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value

Preferred:
  • Additional European language(s)
  • Experience in an international or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or digital tools (including AI-based tools)
