Job Description (General Summary)
We are looking for a new team member to join our award winning, global Customer Service department. Based at our EMEA facility in Hoofddorp, the successful candidate will be a positive, conscientious team player with a track record of delivering service excellence in an international commercial environment.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you are ensuring a best in-class service experience to your customers. After completing an in-depth onboarding period your responsibilities will vary from providing excellent order management, to technical support in response to customer requests. You will be co-managing accounts and developing business relationships by offering value-added products. The focus is, and always will be, on identifying the customers’ needs and ensuring our world-class services.

  • You are detail oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • You are comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows
