Apply nowThe Corporate Strategy Manager plays a key role strengthening Intralox’s competitive edge in China by analyzing market dynamics, developing actionable strategies, and monitoring competitor activities. A member of the China Leadership team, you collaborate with senior leadership to protect and grow Intralox’s market position through differentiation strategies, competitive intelligence, and Intellectual property governance. Success leads to increased revenue, market share and profitability for Intralox China. This role will report to General Manager of China.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategies that increase Intralox’s competitiveness and long-term market position through differentiation of our products and services.
- Work closely with leadership to align competitive strategy with business objectives.
- Track, research, and analyze competitors in China, including their market penetration, positioning, pricing, target segments, and profitability.
- Monitor risks related to intellectual property; work with legal on strategies to minimize IP risk.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or similar
- 10 years’ experience in competitive strategy roles involving market intelligence, business strategy, in a market leader in the Industrial segment.
- Proven track record developing and executing successful competitive strategies.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
