Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies
- Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance
- Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners
- Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation
- Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship
- Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform’s expert product specialist
- Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters
- Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays
