Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an Application Engineer, you will:
- Provide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies.
- Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners.
- Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform’s expert product specialist.
- Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters.
- Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English, and Italian or Polish languages. Additional languages are advantageous.
