Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic, self-managed, and commercially minded Account Manager to drive strategic growth across the MENA (Middle East, North Africa) region in our Hydrolox Traveling Water Screen Division (https://hydrolox.com/). This role will be based in the Middle East (specific country of residence to be determined). 

This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies across a range of industrial applications including power generation, water treatment, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in industrial sales, ideally in the above markets. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work with a global leader in innovative screening solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing corporate and plant-level relationships, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Prospecting and developing new customer relationships across industrial sectors.
  • Conducting site visits to understand customer operations and identify opportunities for Hydrolox solutions.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase brand presence.
  • Presenting market insights and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
  • Collaborating with global account teams and business units to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Monitoring market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to team learning and development.
Who You Are:

  • Ability to obtain a Work Visa in the Regional Market countries, as well as the United States, EU, and United Kingdom for onboarding and training sessions
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven industrial sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in sectors such as power, water, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to gain access to plants, conduct site visits and identify retrofit opportunities.
  • Highly detailed oriented especially in documenting site visits by preparing clear and structured reports and ensure proper documentation of client interactions and technical findings by maintaining accurate records in company’s CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and understanding of the regional market dynamics in MENA, particularly in KSA and the GCC countries.
  • Demonstrates strong persistence and resilience with a proactive attitude toward overcoming barriers and driving sales cycles to closure.
  • Strong ability to present technology’s technical benefits/value proposition to plant level and draft commercial proposals.
  • Proactive in conducting timely follow-ups on proposals, technical clarifications, setting up meetings, plant visits and action items to ensure momentum and accountability throughout the sales process
  • Maintain regular contact with accounts to track progress, address concerns and keep opportunities advancing and moving forward.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% primarily in the MENA region
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
