Are you commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and relationship-focused? At Intralox, one of the world’s leading innovators in conveyance solutions, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Beverage and Consumer Goods to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales Force Team in EMEA and play a key role in growing strategic end-user customer relationships and expanding our business across the region.

As part of our EMEA CPG Sales Force Team, you will work with key industry players, help customers solve real operational challenges, and contribute to long-term business growth. Collaboration, ownership, and customer focus are at the heart of how we work.

In this role, your focus will be on growing revenues with customer accounts that are key industry players in Europe. You will communicate from shop floor to boardroom, listen closely to customers, and provide solutions based on their challenges and decision criteria. You will also be a member of the core global commercial team, contributing to cross-border projects and initiatives while identifying new opportunities and bringing sales to closure.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you’ll do:
  • Grow revenue with key customer accounts across Europe → strengthen Intralox’s position with major industry players.
  • Build long-term B2B customer relationships from shop floor to boardroom → create trusted partnerships that lead to sustainable growth.
  • Listen to customers and translate their challenges into value-based solutions → help them improve performance based on their operational and business priorities.
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities → expand market reach and generate new business.
  • Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle to closure → deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Contribute to cross-border commercial projects and global initiatives → support strategic growth across regions and teams.
  • Use remote communication tools alongside in-person engagement → maintain momentum and effectiveness across a broad territory.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region and occasionally abroad → stay close to customers and build strong local market understanding.

What you bring:
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and German languages.
  • Proven experience building long-term B2B customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong technical affinity.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region (approximately 70%) and occasionally abroad.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and confident approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines while staying focused on results.
Nice-to-haves:

  • French language.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience within the beverage and/or consumer goods industry.
