Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What you’ll do:
- Grow revenue with key customer accounts across Europe → strengthen Intralox’s position with major industry players.
- Build long-term B2B customer relationships from shop floor to boardroom → create trusted partnerships that lead to sustainable growth.
- Listen to customers and translate their challenges into value-based solutions → help them improve performance based on their operational and business priorities.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities → expand market reach and generate new business.
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle to closure → deliver measurable commercial results.
- Contribute to cross-border commercial projects and global initiatives → support strategic growth across regions and teams.
- Use remote communication tools alongside in-person engagement → maintain momentum and effectiveness across a broad territory.
- Travel extensively throughout the region and occasionally abroad → stay close to customers and build strong local market understanding.
What you bring:
- Fluency in English, Dutch and German languages.
- Proven experience building long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Strong technical affinity.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region (approximately 70%) and occasionally abroad.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and confident approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
- Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines while staying focused on results.
Nice-to-haves:
- French language.
- Knowledge of and/or experience within the beverage and/or consumer goods industry.
