In this exciting role, you will be part of the Intralox Food division, reporting to our Fruit, Vegetable, and Food (FVF) team as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing customers (both EU and OEMs) across the Benelux region, with extended coverage including Ireland and potentially Germany. The role combines regional expertise with international account coordination, requiring strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills. German language proficiency is preferred to support potential expansion and collaboration with German-speaking clients.

You will be home office-based in the Netherlands.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities
  • You manage Intralox Fruit, Vegetable, and Food (Dairy, Pet-Food, Confectionery & Chocolate) in your territory
  • Understand the overall potential of the market
  • Define the annual business plan and sales forecast.
  • Implement proactive territory management to maximize time and resources to grow the business best
  • Maintain frequent contact with the target accounts (End-Users & OEMS)
Profile
  • Business fluency in Dutch & English. Additional languages, especially German, would be a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the food and packaging process industry, its major players, its customs and its cultures, the technology, the production processes
  • Technical background
  • Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, self-managed, and independent
  • Commercial, committed, and results-driven personality, used to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (>75%) throughout the territories and abroad.
